I acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua, as indigenous people of this area

Part of my kaupapa is acknowledging that as Tauiwi to Aotearoa, I am here through colonisation which means that my spiritual mahi is done on stolen land. I’m slowly exploring what it means to honour the whakapapa of this land, through honouring & understand my own whakapapa and using it to be in service of decolonisation, in the hopes that one day Māori sovereignty can be restored.

I strongly believe that becoming connected with our own spirituality can be a tool for both personal and collective liberation, so to me social justice and spirituality go hand-in-hand.

So here’s to empowering each other & using our collective magic to fuck some systemic shit up!!!!!!!
