Forecasts are done before the start of each quarter, but can also be done back to back if you prefer. The sessions are valid from one year from the date of purchase and are booked by you.
-The session is live and will be recorded and sent to you for you to listen back.

-I do not offer refunds but I offer rescheduling. When you book time with me, that slot becomes reserved just for you. This also means that this is unavailable to other work/people who might also need my time and energy. I offer up to 2 reschedules for free, after which a $40sgd charge will apply per reschedule.
-I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments for any reason. In the event of a cancellation where a reschedule is not possible, a full refund will be issued to you.
-Any extra time over our bookings will be billed at the hourly rate at the time of booking.
