By purchasing any of my products or services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and legal disclaimers:

• My services are not meant to be taken as professional medical advice. You should always be activating your agency and intuitive judgement when it comes to engaging with me, as you would with any other professional field such a doctor, therapist, lawyer, etc.

• I do not offer refunds but I do offer rescheduling. When you book time with me, that slot becomes reserved just for you. This also means that this becomes unavailable to other work/people who might also need my time and energy. I offer up to two reschedules for free, after which a SGD 40 charge will apply per reschedule.

• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments for any reason. In the event of a cancellation where a reschedule is not possible, a full refund will be issued to you.

• Any extra time over our bookings will be billed at the hourly rate at the time of booking.
