Terms of Service

Here are the terms of service all clients agree to at the time of booking a reading with me. This also applies to other relevant products such as PDF’s that Grace & Tarot may give out.

All fees/deposits/payments made are non-refundable in the case of cancellation, missed appointments, or rescheduling. Fees/deposits/payments can be used as credit towards future appointments of equal or lesser value, or be used as partial payments for appointments of greater value.

Clients who are not present for their appointment/arrive after a 10min grace period (which starts at the scheduled appointment time) will be marked as a "no show," and incur an added 25% as a rescheduling fee. Instances of rescheduling at the request of the service provider, will not incur any additional fees.

This esoteric work is meant for purposes of advice, insight, entertainment, and personal growth via my choice and volition. Services rendered are in no way professional legal, psychological, or medical advice, and will not/cannot be treated as such. Any consequences or actions taken on the part of the client have been made/enacted via the client's freewill and personal decision making. Actions taken by clients prior to any appointment, are in no way the responsibility of the provider of services rendered. Any medical conditions or occurrences can also not be claimed as the fault of the facilitator of services rendered, and facilitator(s) cannot be held liable for any conditions following sessions. Grace & Tarot will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. I alone am responsible and accountable for my decisions, actions and results in life, and by my use of the services, I agree not to attempt to hold her liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstances.

My (the client's) level of success in attaining results is dependent upon a number of factors including my skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, self-honesty, patience, openness, and tenacity. Because these factors differ according to individuals, services alone cannot guarantee my success.

The personal experiences & testimonials on the Grace & Tarot’s website and other social network profiles are not a guarantee of what I should expect to experience. Although Grace & Tarot will accept all testimonials in good faith, Grace & Tarot has not independently examined the specific personal results of each client and therefore has not verified the any specific experiences, improvements, changes or results quoted therein. These results may or may not be typical, and my results or experiences, if any, will vary and there is a risk that I will not make any changes at all, or experience what I believe I should experience.
